Gift card terms and conditions

Validity

• This gift voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of issue, as stated on the voucher.

• After the expiry date, the voucher can no longer be redeemed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
   

Redemption

• The voucher can be redeemed for products and/or services at Hengelsport Willem, provided it is physically presented at the time of payment.

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

• Any remaining balance will remain valid until the end of the validity period.
   

Use and Liability

• The voucher is transferable but will not be replaced or reimbursed if lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Hengelsport Willem is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the voucher.
   

Fraud and Misuse

• In case of suspected fraud or misuse, Hengelsport Willem reserves the right to declare the voucher invalid.

• Copied, forged, or otherwise manipulated vouchers will not be accepted.
   

Other Provisions

• By using this gift voucher, the holder agrees to these terms and conditions.

• Hengelsport Willem reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
